Dr. Heeryung Choi is a digital learning postdoctoral researcher at the Center for Transportation & Logistics (CTL). As a researcher, she focuses on leading research to understand and enhance learning experiences of online learners with diverse backgrounds, such as those enrolled in MITx MicroMasters in Supply Chain program offered by CTL. She has led multiple research projects including designing an educational dashboard and understanding learners’ motivation through behavioral trace data analysis. Her dashboard project received a MITili grant in 2022. Heeryung received her B.A in English Education and M.S in Cognitive Science from Seoul National University. She earned her Ph.D. in Information from the University of Michigan.
